The fine print: The reporting team is always virtual (Zoom). Readback’s Guardian is available to provide tech support, display exhibits, and protect the record. Handling up to 20 exhibits included. Evenings, weekends, and holidays incur additional $100/hr fee. Late cancellations, Statements of No Show, and Certificates of Non-Appearance incur a $300 administrative fee. Customer shares responsibility for effective audio clarity from their environment. Active Reporting turn around guarantees are subject to adequate audio clarity. Transcripts are produced following Readback’s Perceptive Verbatim. Transcript rates for Witness and Attending Attorneys depend on Original transcript purchases by Taking Attorney. Otherwise, Taking Attorney rates apply. One day service guarantee is to deliver Active Reporting transcripts by 11:59pm of the next business day. Time zone is subject to witness location.
